Q: What is the format of the meeting?

A: Great Debates & Updates in Electrophysiology (GDU EP) will be an online meeting that takes place once a quarter in 2022. This immersive event will deliver groundbreaking scientific research and education, including important treatment updates and commentary from our expert faculty. Recordings of the sessions will be available to participants through the end of 2022.

Q: What is the agenda for the virtual meeting?

A: Please see the meeting website for the latest agenda.

Q: Aside from scientific sessions, what will the online meeting provide?

A: Aside from scientific debates and updates, the online meeting will feature interactive Q&A, attendee networking, a virtual exhibit hall, industry-supported symposia, contests, and more.

Q: What kind of software will be required to view sessions and interact with the experts?

A: The event will be fully web-based, so all you will need is a computer, phone, or tablet and an internet connection. Access details will be shared once available.

Q: Will I be able to watch session recordings after the meeting has concluded?

A: Yes, almost all sessions presented live during the virtual event will be recorded and available for viewing by registered attendees after the meeting. Exceptions will be small in number and will be designated.

Q: When will I receive access to the on-demand content?

A: On-demand content will be available for registered attendees on the virtual website within 48 hours of live presentation. You will have access to the on-demand content through the end of 2022.

Q: How do I register myself for the virtual event?

Q. I am a member of the Press and would like to participate in the virtual meeting, how can I do so?

A: Please reach out to pr@hmpglobal.com to complete a press access form. Once approved, you will be registered and receive a link to access.

Q: Who do I contact for questions during the virtual event?

A: There will be a live chat during each virtual event to help you navigate and troubleshoot any technical difficulties or confusion.
